Creative Victoria is cutting us off.

After two decades Creative Victoria’s annual core operational funding contribution is being cut to zero in July 2026.

Without new support, 34 years of wild, joyful, giant puppet art — made in Footscray, taken to 30+ countries may end.

Our community workshops do change lives. 

And we do it all as a not-for-profit, tax-deductible arts charity — every dollar goes to helping keep Snuff Puppets alive!

We’re very grateful for the continued support of Maribyrnong City Council & Crumpler  — but the loss of Creative Victoria’s $112,000 is a gap we cannot fill alone.

Since our defunding was announced in March, 55 people have donated $7,845 — including two new Snuff Gods! Thank you!
