Executive Director | Snuff Puppets

Snuff Puppets seeks an Executive Director to join our leadership team.

For 33 years, we’ve created internationally renowned large-scale puppet theatre touring to 30+ countries. Now we need a strategic leader to build sustainable operational systems alongside our Co-Artistic Directors.

**You’ll have:**
7-10 years senior arts leadership, production & touring expertise, strong financial credentials (budgets $1M+), grant writing success, and commitment to equity & inclusion.

**We offer:**
0.8 FTE (30hrs/week), up to $85k p.a. (pro-rata), flexible/hybrid work, opportunity to shape our organisational future.
